"Breaking the Stigma, Inspiring Change" is a panel discussion that challenges the taboos surrounding mental health. The session creates a safe space for open dialogue, emphasizing that mental health is as vital as physical health, and that seeking help is a sign of strength.

Through dismantling myths and misconceptions, the panel highlights mental illness as a common human experience. By breaking the silence, it aims to empower individuals to share their stories, support one another, and spark a cultural shift where empathy replaces stigma. Ultimately, this conversation seeks not just to talk, but to catalyze real change—building a community where mental health is openly acknowledged and compassionately embraced.

"Rise Above the Waves: Overcoming Adversities" is a panel discussion designed to empower youth with the tools and confidence to navigate life's challenges. The talk aims to provide hope, validation, and practical insights by encouraging young people to actively seek support and speak openly about their struggles.

The panel will offer a practical toolkit of coping strategies, from fitness and creative outlets to building a strong support network with family and friends. A key theme is empowerment through action, providing clear advice on how and where to seek professional help. The ultimate goal is to inspire youth to embrace their vulnerability and transform adversity into personal growth by finding strength in community.

ACHIEVING WORK-LIFE BALANCE FOR MENTAL HEALTH

While conveniently accessible by various modes of transport, we encourage you (spectators and participants) alike to embrace sustainable travel options, especially during the event when traffic congestion is anticipated. Opting for public transport, such as the MRT and Buses, not only ensures a smoother journey but also significantly reduces carbon emissions, helping us collectively create a more sustainable future for Singapore.

Downtown MRT Station (DT17) is the nearest station (via exit A) which exits directly into the South of the Promontory.

Via Bus Service 97, 106, 133

Alight along Marina Boulevard (Bus Stop No. 03381), which is directly outside of the Promontory.
